Good news is always worth sharing! Summer is in full swing, and if your calendar looks anything like ours, it's filling up fast. We wanted to pop in with some exciting news, a few helpful reminders, and a couple of ways you can help us keep bowls full across our community.

From two pawsome new partnerships to more places where local pet owners can find support, there's plenty of good news to catch up on.

Two New Pawsome Partnerships!

One of our biggest goals has always been simple: make it as easy as possible for local pet owners to get the help they need before a temporary hardship becomes a crisis. 

When people are struggling to put food on the table, feeding a beloved pet can become one more impossible decision. That's why access to pet food can make such a meaningful difference—helping keep pets healthy, happy, and right where they belong: with the people who love them.

 That's why we're so excited to celebrate two new community partnerships! 

Plymouth Helping Hands for Animals is now providing dog and cat food to The Salvation Army Plymouth and St. Bonaventure Parish, allowing both organizations to offer pet food alongside their community food pantries. These partnerships make it even easier for local pet owners to access food for both themselves and their pets—all in one place. 

Our friends at The Salvation Army shared this heartfelt message:

"Thank you for shining a light on our Caring Paws Pet Pantry partnership! We're so grateful for the dog and cat food you provide to help supplement our pantry. It means so many neighbors don't have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding the pets who love them unconditionally. This kind of support makes a real difference. We're grateful for you caring for our whole community, people and pets alike."

We couldn't agree more. Every bag of pet food we distribute, every new partnership we build, and every pet we help is only possible because of this amazing community. Thank you for helping us keep bowls full and tails wagging!

Now Available At Two New Locations!

The Salvation Army Plymouth & St. Bonaventure Parish
Thanks to our newest partnerships, pet owners can now access pet food at both The Salvation Army Plymouth and St. Bonaventure Parish during their regular pantry hours. For the most up-to-date pantry information, please contact each organization directly or visit their website.

American Legion Post 40

Our longest-running pet food pantry is available every Tuesday at the American Legion. Even better, the American Legion Food Bank is open during the same hours, making it easy to pick up essentials for both people and pets in one convenient stop.

A special thank you to local business Megryco, Inc., whose annual grant helps offset the cost of the pet food and supplies distributed through this busy pantry. Their generosity helps keep bowls full for local pets—and is a wonderful example of how community partnerships can make a lasting difference.

Center For Active Living

On the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, we're proud to partner with the Center for Active Living to help local seniors keep their beloved pets healthy, happy, and well-fed. It's one of our favorite mornings each month, and we're always grateful for the opportunity to support our senior community.

Plymouth Family Resource Center

On the second Friday of every month, you'll find us at the Plymouth Family Resource Center's Free Family Market! Thanks to our partnership with the MSPCA Cape Cod Community Outreach Program, pet owners can pick up pet food and supplies alongside other household essentials.
