A Holiday Roundup From Helping Hands!
This week, we’re excited to share a holiday roundup of everything happening at Plymouth Helping Hands for Animals. From this weekend’s Reindog Parade to record-breaking fundraiser successes and a holiday pet food drive, there’s so much joy—and so much impact—to celebrate. Let’s jump in!
Join Us For The Reindog Parade at The Pinehills!
Sunday, December 7th from 11am–4pm
The Pinehills Reindog Parade is happening this Sunday, and we’re ready to jingle all the way into one of the most joyful events of the season! This festive celebration showcases our furry friends as they strut their holiday costumes, show off their best tricks, and spread pure cheer—whether they’re singing, jumping through hoops, or rolling in on Santa’s sleigh (yes, this really happens!).
But the fun doesn’t stop there! Visitors can enjoy food trucks, shop local vendors offering handmade gifts and treats, sip seasonal selections at Mayflower Brewery’s winter beer garden with live music, visit with Santa, and stop by our Helping Hands table to learn more about how we support local pets in need.
Registration for the parade is now full. We are incredibly grateful to Cape Cod 5 and The Pinehills for matching every $5 registration donation, turning each contribution into $15! Not only does this triple the impact for local pets who rely on our programs, it also shows how a fun, joyful event can make a real difference for pet owners in need.
Thankful For Our Pawsome Partners
Events like the Reindog Parade wouldn’t be possible without our pawsome community partners. We want to take a moment to highlight and thank The Market at The Pinehills and Cape Cod 5 for their unwavering support over the years. Their generosity fuels our mission and helps create meaningful impact throughout Plymouth.
The Market At The Pinehills
Through five in-store donation cans, foyer collections, and ongoing involvement, The Market raises over $5,000 annually, providing vital support that keeps our programs running and strengthens the local community.
Cape Cod 5
Cape Cod 5 has supported Helping Hands in meaningful ways year after year—not only through generous financial contributions, but through a shared commitment to making Plymouth a better place—for pets and their people alike.
Can’t Join Us? Support The Library Pet Food Drive!
If you can’t make it to the Reindog Parade, don’t worry—there are still ways to help local pets! We’re happy to share that the Plymouth Public Library is hosting a holiday Pet Food Drive from December 1–15. Donations collected at the library go directly to our pet food pantries, keeping pets fed throughout the winter.
